Not only is it a Gluten Free Flour, its a great Gut Supplement as well acting as a prebiotic due to its high Resistance Starch fiber which feeds the friendly bacteria in your Gut. 

It also contains 5HTP or 5-hydroxytryptophan which acts as a supplement that increases serotonin production in the brain thus helping with depression, moods, anxiety, sleep and headaches, amazing right?
