DELIVERY AREAS
We ship in Dar Es Salaam only. We currently do not ship outside of Dar Es Salaam.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed before 9:00am EAT Monday - Saturday are likely to be delivered within 2 - 3 business days. Our Delivery time is from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS - DELIVERY COSTS
You may be eligible for FREE SHIPPING based on an order value of > TZS 30000. As delivery charges are based on your postcode and on the weight of your order, it is calculated at the checkout.
Free shipping does NOT apply on orders that total over 45KG.
**Retail customers are customer that purchase products through our online retail store (i.e not wholesale customers)
