Refund policy

Returns:

For Food Items, we do not accept returns for the product. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note that defective items are not defined by Organoleptic properties but with microbial and food hygiene risks.

Exchange 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your Exchange, we require the following

  1. Proof of Receipt and Payment
  2. Picture of the product showing the product batch code and manufacturing date
  3. Description of the quality defects with photographic evidence
  4. We may request you to ship back the item for us to trace the quality defect and validate the claim.

If the quality defect is accepted by Elven Agri Company Ltd, we will bear the cost of shipping an exchanged product if required to you.

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon receipt of the above cited information.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
