What to eat to boost my immunity...

Our immunity starts in our gut so technically anything we eat or drink would directly affect the immune response of our bodies, right?

Since the beginning of the Pandemic, the world has been more conscious than ever to build a strong immunity

But the belief that one food can do it all is the wrong approach...

Which is why focusing on eating a varied balanced diet, i.e. more fresh fruits, fresh crunch vegetables (eat the rainbow 🌈), lean proteins, whole grains, legumes, healthy fats and plenty of water is the trick if you are going all-things-immunity crazy!

Meeting your daily water intake can also be a struggle for many. One way to boost your water intake in a healthy way would be to add natural flavours to it, such as
